Maybe you always dreamed of doing some of the things you read about on this site. Things like stripping, flashing, skinny dipping, nudism, or exhibitionism. But somehow, you’ve never managed to work up the courage to pull it off. Or maybe you’ve daydreamed of your partner being a little more adventurous, but they don’t want to.
If you’re in that boat, have no fear! You can overcome these inhibitions (without turning to substances). Start by taking baby steps, and you’ll get to the destination eventually.
First things first, as always, be aware that branching out and exploring a new side of you may bring some unintentional consequences. Legally, know what the law for your area is regarding public nudity, etc. Generally, even if you live in an area where it’s allowed, you’re not allowed to practice it around kids. Be considerate of your friends, family, and neighbors — some people just aren’t ready to see you au natural. And of course, practice common sense and stay away from an unsafe environment.

Location: Your Place
If you completed Dare 1, you’re comfortable walking around in your underwear when you’re home alone or with just your partner. Now it’s time for the next step: showing some (usually private) skin.
Continue what you’ve been doing for the last few weeks now: getting up in the morning, showering, going to work, etc. As before, once you’re confident no one will be coming over, close all the blinds and curtains and strip down. This time, take off your undies too. Wave them around in the air and shout “Freedom!” as loud as you can.
Now ladies, you have a choice here. You can either strip all the way, or you can go topless first. If you choose to go topless, once again repeat the same process we’ve been following to this point. Lock away all tops and bras until the morning and go about your nightly routine. Once you’ve been doing this for a few days, no more than a week, proceed to getting butt naked, just like the guys at this stage.
Once again, you get a pass for safety (cooking, etc.) and in the event an unexpected visitor arrives. This time, though, your visitor pass is somewhat restricted. If someone comes unannounced, you’re allowed to cover up — but only with something suggestive. The visitor should know that you’re covering up your otherwise nude body, and there should be no doubts about that. Think along the lines of your underwear, or a robe that’s loosely tied shut. You should keep this item near the door if you have to, but preferably in the closet. Doing so will make them wait longer for you to answer the door, and combined with your covering, will get their imagination going.
Ladies, you also get a pass for that time of the month, but only your panties. You should be naked otherwise.
