P (widow of Lee J) here and home from the hospital. Many of you have been following our exploits and know that I haven’t been able to have vaginal sex for over 15 years because my vagina fused together, or so we thought.
I finally went in for surgery to have it re-opened or re-built. After the surgery, the surgeon had great news for me.
He really didn’t have to rebuild my vagina. As he began to separate the inner tissues, he discovered that the tissue hadn’t fused together but sort of glued itself together. He managed to dissolve the super-sticky glue like substance and fully open my vagina without any cutting.
He then explained that a gland that is supposed to produce a lubricant was, for some unknown reason, was secreting a very sticky glue-like substance that caused the walls of my vagina to stick together and appear fused. He identified the gland and did whatever he had to do to remove it or kill it.
As a result, my recovery will be much shorter, since there are no wounds to heal.
The doctor told me that I should be ready for sex in only a week or so. He said that there are other glands that also produce a lubricant so all should well, but if I feel dry, I may want to use a lubricant.
Needless to say, I’m ecstatic. Jack is ecstatic and so is Mandy. We have a sex date scheduled for two weeks from now. It will be my first time in over 15 years and I’m excited and can’t wait.
