I would see her nearly everyday. I would stop in for coffee on my way to work, sometimes I'd get some mints or a pack of gum. It all began with small talk. It's "hump day!", or "TGIF!" was the usual cliches. Then for a short span of days, I noticed she wasn't there. I found my mind wandering about her. Where is she? Is she ok? Did she find another job? After a few days I inquired and they said she had taken some time off. When she finally returned, I told her I missed seeing her smile every morning and that my days hadn't been the same without her. She giggled and smiled. She was busy putting some merchandise near the coffee machine and she gently caressed my shoulder and said, "I hope your better now." When she touched me, it was like an electrical charge. I literally tingled. It was then I realized, I really was ATTRACTED to this woman.
The next few days and weeks went by and I sort of ramped up the polite but cliche conversations with a touch of personal. I would compliment her on her hair, or tell her how cute she is. I began with "Good morning beautiful young lady" and so on.
She was receptive, friendlier, and even asked me things about myself which she hadn't ever done prior. Summer was just getting started and I couldn't help but notice she had began wearing shorts. This woman has a fine little body. She's petite, but full breasts, dark bambi eyes, long real eyelashes, a nice little tushy and nicely shaped legs. She has a way of pulling you into herself with those eyes. I don't think she realizes her powerful beauty.
After work one Friday, I stopped by for a 6-pack. She was in the store, but not working. She was in her "going out" clothes. It took my breath. She had on makeup, hair was perfect, nicely dressed in a little cami-tank thing, nice shape forming jeans, high heels, dangling ear rings, red lips, and oh damn...she smelled like a dream.
She walked right over to me and bumped into me on purpose. I said "WOW! You look incredible!" She smiled and looked down. I told her in an instant, "You want to go help me drink this 6-pack?" She leaned in and whispered into my ear, "maybe another time, sorry I have plans tonight." And she smiled huge and kind of lingered in my eyes a moment.
So all weekend, I could not WAIT for Monday so I could see her again. When Monday came, I went in a little early, using the excuse of it being my turn to buy the doughnuts. I saw her when I walked in the door. She smiled and as I was filling my box with doughnuts, she came around the counter and offered to help. I was awkwardly pleased. I told her I wanted to make today the "other time" she had promised "maybe" last Friday.
She said YES. So I literally flew through the work day and realized - I don't know her name, I don't know anything about her, I don't have a plan, I am a goofball.
So I stopped in the store on my way home. She wasn't in her "going out" attire, but was there waiting on me, but pretending to be shopping for some chips and such. I followed her back to her place...
