For 2013, I, Dirty Girl, resolve:
Sleep Attire:
I will sleep completely naked every night of the year except that,
- I may wear only panties those few nights each month when required;

I will wear panties no more than 3 days a week - this may be extended a day or two as required monthly.
I will wear only a single layer of clothing at least one full day a week all year, at least 2 days a week in the summer.

Bonus: More than made up for last month's missed days.I went more than 3 weeks straight with no panties at all and up to 4 days in a week with a single layer.
Self Serving:
