Here is my picture submission and how this all started: Years ago, I went out jogging with a good friend of mine who is about 10 years my senior. When we got back to her house where we were supposed to be alone, I decided to take a cool shower and freshen up a bit. Once I had my clothes off and was stepping into the shower, the bathroom door opened. It was her brother. I had had a crush on him for years, but I had never spoken of it to anyone, not even to him. At first I was shocked, and then embarrassed. The time seemed to go by so slowly. I could feel my heart pounding in my chest. Instead of leaving the bathroom, he slowly walked over to me and you can guess the rest. Now, five years later, we have married and have our second child on the way.
Back to the present: Me, my friend and my husband were on vacation recently and my husband had the great idea of re-enacting what happened when we had met. So he had his sister pull back the curtain while he took a picture. I was extremely embarrassed still. It was more the idea of having a camera there and the surprise of it all. So, I photoshopped it a bit to hide part of me and my husband suggested we post it online and so there you have it. Enjoy - Alexis
