Dare in Public

My favorite dare of all time wasn’t one I did, but one I saw/participated in. My friend Lisa was a lil drunk and we were playing late one night with 2 guys and another girl. We all put 3 dares in a hat then took them out. Any case, long story short, lisa ended up with the worst which was to go onto the balcony and make a phone call to a friend with her pants down. She would have to be out there as long as the person on the other end continued talking without letting them know. It was hilarious! Her friend would keep talking and talking all the while Lisa is out there in public view having a converstaion with her pants down. Eventually she hung up and came inside and collapsed on the couch.
