In my previous dare, I had stated that I wanted to do more public things and really wanted to take some pics off our apartment balcony. You can be seen from across the complex and from adjacent buildings so it was a thrill for me. I didn't know if someone would come outside and the added aspect of someone watching and me not being able to see added a nice twist to the experience.
