These pictures were just released onto the net. Supposedly , Britney Spears did a photoshoot while pregnant but then decided to have them pulled 2 weeks before publishing time. These pictures are said to be "photoshopped" and were originally pics from Demi Moore's pregnant shoot. Still cool to see.
